We’ve seen a bunch of styles from Nike’s upcoming Vac Tech already but this is the first time we’re taking a look the Nike Air Max 97 VT. The Nike Air Max 97 VT features a Vac Tech constructed upper which means that the upper is a seamless, heat molded, and one piece similar to Foamposite. The Black/Anthracite Nike Air Max 97 VT features a fully blacked out upper and outsole with a hit of Anthracite in the Visible Air Unit.

The Black/Anthracite Nike Air Max 97 VT is available now at select Nike spots including WISH ATL.

The Nike Air Max 97 hasn’t made much noise lately but, Nike is giving the classic style some shine with the White/Black Patent Nike Air Max 97. A tuxedo like approach to the 90s running sneaker, the White/Black Patent Nike Air Max 97 features a White mesh upper with a Black patent leather mudguard. The upper sits on a clear Visible Air Window with a Black unit and a Black outsole. The upper also features a quick 3M reflective stripe.

The White/Black Patent Nike Air Max 97 is available now at select Nike accounts including Sneaker Bistro.

Making a comeback this month is one of the most famous silhouettes among the Nike Air Max line, the Nike Air Max 97. This time, Nike is introducing this classic model with an all new colorway reminiscent of the much loved “Silver Bullet” Nike AM 97.
After imparting some of its features to the Jordan CMFT Max Air 12 and AM 24/7 recently, the Nike Air Max 97 comes back in its original silhouette and this time with a new attention-grabbing colorway. The new AM 97 has a striking metallic silver upper accented with Italy blue highlights on the insole, Air max branding on the heel tab, and Nike swoosh on the side panel. Deep royal blue hints on the tongue label and sole also adds accent to this pair. The upper of this AM 97 is made up of synthetic material in combination with mesh on the side panels, tongue, and inner lining. Also featured on its sole is the visible full length Air unit.
The Nike Air Max 97 in metallic silver/Italy blue-royal colorway is expected to drop this month at select retailers and online stores including eastbay.

The Nike SB Dunk High is absolutely one of the most celebrated silhouettes from the Nike SB line and we have seen this model in various colorways and designs for the past years. Next month, we’re expecting this to drop in another interesting colorway and here are some of its details.
The Nike SB Dunk High that we’re all anticipating this coming December is similar to the “Papa Bear” colorway that was released some time ago. The new colorway features a dark obsidian base matched with maple highlights on the toe box and back heel. Red accents on the Nike swoosh, shoelaces, sock liner, and Nike branding on the tongue label are also added to make it look more attractive. The obsidian sections on this sneaker are made up of canvas while the maple parts have suede construction. Completing this new Dunk High are the white midsole and gum outsole.

As I mentioned last week, the classic Gold Nike Air Max 97 is set to return (officially) in August. The 2010 Gold Nike Air Max 97 is pretty faithful to the original and features a Metallic Gold leather/mesh upper with Red hits in the Swoosh on the tongue and the midfoot, a White midsole, and a Black outsole. The sneaker is a classic and there isn’t much more that needs to be said.

The Gold Nike Air Max 97 is officially set to release in August but can pop up in late July as well.

These stay pretty true to the OG model with only a few minor changes. You can see the upper is a synthetic metallic gold with mesh hits in between each leather panel. Black collar lining and borders are used with red Nike Swoosh branding all sitting atop a full length Air Max bag.

This has been an amazing Summer for Air Max heads. First the White/Blue Nike Air Max 1, then then/now the Infrared Nike Air Max 90, and soon, the Gold Nike Air Max 97. A staple Air Max colorway, the Gold Nike Air Max 97 originally made its debut in 1997 alongside the Silver Nike Air Max 97. The Gold Nike Air Max 97 is set to make its return in August at select Nike accounts. No confirmed release date as of now as they’ll probably just hit shelves when they come in but, if I hear something, it will be posted. For now, if you are looking to scoop these, keep August, and possibly late July, in mind.
